Paperless Check-In Now Mandatory

COVID 19 UPDATE - CHANGES TO CHECK INS AT PUBS & CLUBS

Over the next 2 days, venues including pubs, clubs, restaurants & cafés must move to digital record keeping of patron contact details. Paper-based record keeping will no longer be accepted. This is a government directive for our industry and compliance is mandatory.

Our check in App has now been updated to ask for either a residential address OR an email with one of these fields marked as mandatory. This can be done in two ways:

1. Scanning the QR Code provided at each entrance and throughout the venue

2. Accessing Fitzy’s in-house iPad kiosks to check in

We kindly ask that patrons without QR Code compatible devices use one of the iPads provided around the hotel. Please ask our team for assistance upon arrival to ensure you are checked in properly.
