To our valued customers and stakeholders,

In response to the growing fears around the spread of COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus), we take this opportunity to reassure you – our guests, team members and suppliers – and share the proactive measures we are currently undertaking to protect everyone.

While we have always had rigorous health and hygiene practices at our venue, we have implemented precautionary measures to ensure that these environments are safe.

We are taking extra precautions to regularly disinfect public areas such as restrooms, door handles, doors, tabletops and surfaces frequently. 

We also adhere to a strict wellness policy and have reinforced with our employees that they must stay at home if they are showing any signs of illness. Before returning, they will need a doctors certificate to show that they are fit and healthy for work.

Our long standing history in the Toowoomba community has meant we have evolved and expanded as a company over the years, but our core values have remained the same and we are unwavering in our commitment to quality, community and caring for our patrons.

We will closely monitor the advice and recommendations from expert health organisations and act accordingly. In turn, we ask that you act accordingly if you are showing any symptoms, or have been exposed to anyone with the virus.
